DESTINATION MANAGEMENT PLAN WORKSHOPS

The Destination Management Plan (DMP) is a critical strategic document that will unlock funding for the destination by identifying the game changers and the key strategic priorities that will set the destination up for success. Tourism drives increased income, employment opportunities, and infrastructure development and to be truly impactful, the DMP must be guided by the entire of the community to outline and support key infrastructure and initiatives that will enable the long-term vision for our region.

BUNDABERG REGION WELCOMES YOU PROGRAM

Join the Bundaberg Region Welcomes You program and take your hosting skills to the next level! This free five-module learning program covers world-class hosting, accessibility and inclusion, storytelling, local culture, sustainability, and more. e online learning is supported by an in-person workshop. We recommend you complete the online program before attending the workshop, if possible, but it is not a requirement. Whether you work in tourism, hospitality, events, or transport, this program is for you!
