We have some GOOD NEWS regarding the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) to share with you below….
24 Month Fee Waiver
In response to the unprecedented crisis facing the industry, Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ) in partnership with Bundaberg Tourism will be waiving your annual ATDW membership fee. The fee waiver will be applied on 15 May 2020 and will extend your membership by 24 months from your next membership renewal date. To qualify for the fee waiver, you must be a member of ATDW on 15 May 2020.
There is no action to take if you are already an ATDW member on 15 May 2020. However please take note of the following:
- If your ATDW membership renewal date occurs prior to 15 May 2020, you will need to renew your membership to qualify for the fee waiver.
- If your renewal date occurs in the period of 15 May 2020 – 15 June 2020, please disregard any emails to renew your membership which are sent automatically from ATDW Online.

Keeping your Listing Updated
Whilst it’s a tough time at the moment, and there’s a lot that you’re having to navigate, it’s important that we continue to provide accurate information to people who are dreaming of their next holiday, or who would like to engage with your business in the short term. If you could spend a moment updating your listing to ensure the most accurate information flows through to Queensland.com and other sites, it would provide great benefit to the many thousands of people still visiting these sites. Remember to add in the Description field any adjustments that your business has made, for example, if you have a café currently only offering takeaway options. Sharing your Holiday Deals
We shared an update earlier this year that a new ATDW feature has been created which enables you to list any Holiday Deals you may wish to provide. TEQ’s new Queensland.com site (planned for launch later this quarter) will be utilising this information to showcase Holiday Deals on the website. Holiday Deals can be uploaded at any time and the deal is able to remain on the website for a maximum period of three months. While people can’t travel now, we are still eager to support you to promote longer-lead time holiday bookings. With this in mind, it would be optimal to consider offering longer travel periods. How to update your ATDW listing including adding a Holiday Deal:
- Go to www.atdw-online.com.au
- Enter your username (email address) and password. If you don’t know your password, you can reset it here.
- From your Listing Dashboard, click the UPDATE button next to the listing you would like to update.
- Navigate to the section you would like to update by using the orange menu on the left, or by clicking on Summary to get an overview of your listing.
- Click on Send for Review when you have finished updating your listing.
- Your updates will be reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days.
How to disable (unpublish) your ATDW listing:
- Go to www.atdw-online.com.au
- Enter your username (email address) and password. If you don’t know your password, you can reset it here.
- From your Listing Dashboard, click the UPDATE button next to the listing you would like to disable.
- Click on the MORE… button in the top right hand corner of the page.
- Click on Request to disable.
- Your listing will be disabled within 1-2 business days.
