Kalki Moon Distilling & Brewing Company have received there first International Gold Medal.

The results from the prestigious International Wine & Spirits Competition for 2018 have been released and local family owned and operated company Kalki Moon have received their highest honor to date, with Gold in the traditional London Dry Gin category.

With the announcement of the award this now makes Kalki Moon the first Queensland Distillery to ever win gold in the Gin category at the London awards since it began in 1969, this follows on from the company taking out Gold in the local Australian Distilled Spirits Awards in Melbourne earlier this year and repeating the feat of a first ever win for Queensland.
