Simply record a 4-5 second selfie-style video in landscape (ie. Sideways) format on your phone, saying “Hi mate” or “G’day mate” - It’s as easy as that! This could be done in a breath-taking location, during an activity like surfing or snorkelling, and it can be filmed alone, or with others.
