Mammino Gourmet Ice-cream offer a unique on-farm experience specialising in 100 per cent home/hand made gourmet ice-creams which are made to a secret family recipe handed down through the generations.
Our gourmet ice-cream is available in seven different macadamia flavours as well as fruit and liquer specialities. We also have some unique fun flavours as well as fat and dairy free sorbets and a gluten free range. Our ice-creams have won us many awards in the tourism and dairy industries.
Nestled amongst the red soil of the Isis cane fields the Mammino’s came from humble beginnings in 1996 selling macadamias on a roadside stall to now manufacturing one the the largest range of macadamia nut ice-cream ranges in Australia. We also distribute to about 60 outlets throughout Queensland as well as catering our products at major events. On the days that we are manufacturing, you can watch the processing through a viewing window at our factory and try one of our delectable delights.
