Visitor Experience is one of Bundaberg Tourism's priorities areas.  The visitor experience reflects a united Bundaberg region that delivers on the promise of our foundational pillars of sustainability, reef custodians and Taste Bundaberg.

Visitor Services offered in the Bundaberg Region are varied.  They range from providing local knowledge and booking services within the physical locations of our Visitor Information Centres as well as online, across social media, in writing and over the phone; running pop-up and remote information services at events and consumer shows; training staff, volunteers, industry and the community about the products and experiences within the region in order to ensure visitors are being supported at every touchpoint during their stay; responding to reviews and assisting operators should issues arise; and much, much more.
